rented for at least one
or more weeks (arrival
on Saturday and
departure on
Saturday).
It
is on two floors, a
total of 429 square
metres, it's an ideal
residence for a stay in
the countryside for a
maximum of 16
persons with a
panoramic view at
360°.
Il
Casale degli Ulivi is
immersed by an olive
grove, which in the
middle there is a
swimming pool
(6m x 12m, 1,5 in
depth). Also available
for the guests there is
an outside barbecue
area, near the house in
order to cook and taste
roast and barbecued
food; there is
ample parking
facilities and a lot of
open green
spaces.
The furnishing is in
perfect harmony with
country style and
taste.
On
the ground floor there
is an apartment with
independent entrance
known as "La Lanterna".
On the upper floor
which is accessible
from the typical
external travertine and
brick stairway which
leads onto a charming
and distinguishing
lodge which enjoys the
view of a magnificent
landscape. Such
apartment is called "La
Loggia".
It is
possible, if one
desires, to book the
entire cottage
or only one of the
two house
buildings.
