medieval mystery appears silently from the heart of the historical
centre of Offida (AP).
The 17th century caves and the spring water
well placed in the basements of a typical building of the territory
of Marches, already used for the conservation of excellent wine
and food, are today the singular frame to the best products
of the Picena tradition.
The shady charm of the vaulted rooms that
wind along the evocative stairs down to the crypts dug in the
bare rock, becomes absolute comfort for the visitor who, in
an atmosphere of constant pleasantness for the entire solar
year (13°), lets himself be wrapped up by the illusion of
a remote time though never lost.
